The official Cork GAA site recently invited folks to nominate the Best Cork Footballers Never to Win All-Ireland. So here I am giving it a go. The simple guidelines were that nominees must not have played or been substitutes on an All-Ireland Senior Football winning team and nominees must be retired from inter-county football.
